The Space:

A TOUR OF THE PLACE



Spanning two levels—a bright high-ground floor and a cozy semi-basement—this apartment offers an inviting and stylish space perfect for families or groups. With its thoughtful open-plan design and curated layout, it provides a seamless blend of social areas and private corners.



Upon entering, you are greeted by the spacious, light-filled living area. To your left, you’ll find the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with premium cookware, elegant cutlery, and everything needed to prepare a homestyle meal. The kitchen flows into a large dining area for six, creating a perfect central hub for shared breakfasts and evening gatherings.



To the right of the entrance are two modern, full-sized bathrooms, both meticulously finished to provide a comfortable and stylish atmosphere for all guests.



The staircase leads you downstairs to the relaxing lounge area on the semi-basement level. This cozy retreat features a plush sofa and a Smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.



This lower level is designed with an airy, open-concept feel, hosting a kingsize bed that can be split into singles if preferred . For those seeking extra privacy, an additional bedroom is tucked away and fully separated by walls, offering a quiet sanctuary for a restful night’s sleep. Pillow selection and crisp hotel duvets awaits.

The Neighborhood:

Nyhavn (New Harbour) is the most famous landmark of our city. With its picturesque wooden sailing ships along the canal filled with restaurants and hangout spots this is as charming as it gets. And with the penthouse situated in a historic courtyard behind it all you still get the feeling of living like a local. The new “kissing bridge” across the main canal connects the area to Christianshavn and Christiania in a short walk.



Getting Around:

The metro stops at Kongens Nytorv which is at the other end of Nyhavn, 5 minutes away. From there the airport is a 13 min. train ride.
