A superb and stylish renovation of a spacious 2 floor, 3 bedroom apartment in an impressive Grade II listed building on the pedestrian Broadwalk which forms one of the borders of the beautiful central Buxton landscaped park.  



The apartment comprises the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house.  



The lower floor of the apartment has a large open plan living, dining kitchen area furnished with high quality furniture and all the kitchen facilities you could require, 2 spacious double bedrooms, large shower room, dining conservatory and utility room and magnificent view over the Pavilion Gardens, the boating lake and the river Wye.



The top floor of the apartment has a magnificent double bedroom in the eves, a snug/TV room and a shower room and once again superb views.
