Perched on a hill in the heart of Chianti, our family home offers breathtaking panoramic views across the rolling hills of southern Tuscany.

Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland, the property has been in our family for over 35 years and offers a rare combination of privacy, tranquility and authentic Tuscan charm.

Located just 7 km from the medieval villages of Radda in Chianti and Castellina in Chianti, the house is perfectly positioned to explore the Chianti region while enjoying complete peace and quiet.

From the large south-facing terrace and the private 6 × 11 m infinity pool, guests enjoy spectacular 240° panoramic views stretching across the Tuscan countryside, from the Apennines to Monte Amiata.

The pool area includes a pool house and pergola, perfect for long summer lunches, sunset aperitivos and relaxing days overlooking the Chianti hills.

For an even more authentic experience, we can also arrange traditional Tuscan home cooking and house services during your stay.

Tastefully renovated and fully private, the house comfortably accommodates in 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms large families or groups of friends looking to experience the beauty of Tuscany together.

The property sits within a small hamlet called Palagio and is surrounded by 13 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and woodland, ensuring total privacy and an exceptional natural setting.

From the house, terrace and pool you will enjoy one of the most spectacular views in Chianti.
