Cozy and bright Cà 4 Nevosi Emily apartment, located on the second floor of a quiet private building, perfect for a relaxing holiday a stone's throw from the sea and the lively center of Sottomarina.
The entrance opens onto an intimate but well-kept living room, tastefully furnished in light tones that give a fresh and relaxing atmosphere. Here you'll find a practical table with chairs, a TV, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a kettle and microwave. From the kitchen there is access to a lovely terrace, ideal for an outdoor breakfast or a moment of relaxation.
The sleeping area offers two comfortable double bedrooms. The first, bright and welcoming, has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, a small wooden desk and access to a second private terrace. The second bedroom, also double, is spacious and well organized with bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.
The apartment is completed by a functional bathroom equipped with a sink, bidet, shower and toilet.
The location is one of the real strengths: a few minutes from the beach and very convenient to the center of Sottomarina, where you can enjoy evening walks, shopping, clubs and all the summer events that animate the area.
