A brand new first floor apartment located front line to the beach, just a few steps to one of the more popular beaches in the area.
The apartment is bright and airy and has been furnished to a high standard. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin room. Two bathrooms, one of which is the master ensuite with walk in shower and a further family bathroom also with walk in shower.
There is a private roof top solarium, with fantastic sea views, table and chairs for alfresco dining and there are also 4 sun loungers for catching some rays.
The property has air con installed throughout the bedrooms and lounge dining areas, with ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms and lounge.
The sea and mountain views can also be enjoyed from the lounge terrace.
There is an underground parking space available.
