The Walnut Nook - A cosy, charming cottage close to wedding halls.

Welcome to The Walnut Nook, a charming, little, 300yr old, 2 bed home set in the peaceful countryside and named after the wonderful walnut tree in the back garden! It’s close to lovely wedding halls, beautiful forests and Stanstead airport. The central house in a row of 3.

You will have the whole place to your self to take it easy and relax or visit one of the many beautiful forests nearby. Take a lovely lunch at the stunning Down hotel and Spa or have a fabulous shopping spree in nearby Chelmsford, Epping or Harlow. Or maybe you fancy a trip into London on the underground 20mins away at Epping or Brentwood.
There is free off street parking right in front of the front door.

The House space
In the house we have a lovely living room as you enter and a separate dining room where we have a sofa bed for the 5th person should you need. There’s well equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Out the back we have a little patio area with table and chairs and a long garden with a small stream.
The house is run on central heating and keeps a good temperature. The fire does not work and is not needed so musn't be touched.
