Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible.

We checked into our room and found one of the mattresses of our Queen be hanging sideways off the bed, the sheets were pulled down as if a person just got out of bed, the faucet in the bathroom was running on full blast, a glass lamp shade was on the ground in the middle of the bathroom, tiles were hanging off the wall in the kitchenette, and the room was incredibly dirty. We stayed about 20 seconds and got out of there. We need a refund immediately.

Lobby looks clean and what youd expect from a cheaper extended stay. Once you enter into the hallway to the rooms, its dirty, stained and smells musty and with an unpleasant smell you can't quite place. The room looked fine upon first glance. The more you looked, the more you saw. Dirt and other things on walls. Missing paint and spots on the wall. Very dated and obvious wear and tear. The room is listed as non-smoking however it smelled like a smoker had LIVED in the room smoking a lot for an extended amount of time. You could hear every other noise in the hotel and when the other rooms nearby would open their doors, ours would rattle and sound like someone was trying to open it. Staff was nice though. Not worth the extra $12 they charge you at check in that they don't inform you of upon booking. Not worth the stay. I would not recommend unless you have absolutely no other choice. Pictures posted on the app are deceiving.

Deadbolt didn't work (did not line up). Door to the outside on lower floor was broke and remained open (unsecured). Desk chair in room had a wheel missing and was unsafe. Floor in room needed a deep cleaning (wet bath floor towel was covered with dirt/soot). Grounds outside needs attention. It was not a good experience!
