The penthouse features a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a comfortable and welcoming space to relax and spend time together. Next to the main entrance, you will find a private terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, breakfast outdoors, or simply relaxing.

The property can accommodate up to 6 guests:

• 1 master bedroom with a double bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

• 1 sofa bed in the living room.



There is also a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A baby cot is available *upon prior request for an additional fee of €30 per stay*. It includes a mattress, mattress protector, and fitted sheet.

Upstairs, you'll find the spacious private rooftop terrace, featuring a swimming pool, outdoor bar, shower, sun loungers, parasol, and a comfortable seating area. It's the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine, cool off in the pool, or unwind with a drink at the end of the day.

The penthouse has everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay, including WiFi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and a separate utility room with a washing machine, clothes airer, and iron. Bed linen, towels, and everything you need in the kitchen are also provided.

Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, including the terrace, rooftop terrace, swimming pool, and all other facilities. Nothing is shared with other guests.

A private parking space (number 6), located next to the property, is also included for the duration of your stay.

The property is located in a quiet residential area of San Pedro del Pinatar, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. The beaches of the Mar Menor, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Las Salinas Nature Reserve are all just a few minutes away.

San Pedro del Pinatar is known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, walking and cycling routes, famous salt lakes, and sunny weather throughout the year. From here, you can easily visit Cartagena, explore the Costa Cálida, or enjoy one of the nearby golf courses.
