Hamatethy is a private country house set within its own rewilding estate in North Cornwall. The house is let as a whole and is designed for families and groups to gather, slow down and spend meaningful time together. Sleeping up to fourteen guests across seven bedrooms, the house offers generous shared living spaces alongside quieter rooms for rest. It sits within a varied landscape stretching from river valley to open moor, shaped by natural processes and long-term land stewardship. Stays at Hamatethy are intentionally unhurried. Guests are free to enjoy the house, explore the land, or take part in a range of included, optional experiences shaped by the seasons. The property is best suited to multi-night stays and is offered on a whole-house basis only. Babies are welcome, although the house and surrounding land are not suitable for toddlers. Up to two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
