The villa’s exterior areas are designed for enjoying Marrakech’s sunny climate. A beautifully maintained garden surrounds the property, complemented by an outdoor dining area and a covered rooftop terrace offering sweeping views of the golf course and the Atlas Mountains.
The large heated swimming pool (14 x 4 meters) invites guests to relax and cool off at any time of day. Please note: the shared tennis court is currently unavailable due to renovation.

Inside, the villa showcases elegant interiors with high-quality furnishings and a warm, inviting ambiance. Guests can relax in the comfortable living room, enjoy meals in the indoor dining area, or unwind in the bright, fully glazed veranda.
Additional features include a hammam and a fitness room, a fireplace, and full air conditioning throughout the bedrooms, living spaces, and veranda. Entertainment is well catered for with satellite TVs (including Apple TV with streaming services in the living room and Canal SAT in the master bedroom), high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a Bose sound system covering multiple indoor and outdoor zones.

The villa features four well-appointed bedrooms, each with independent access and a private en-suite bathroom all located on the ground floor, a master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom with shower, private terrace; two double bedrooms still with ensuite shower room and terrace; and the fourth bedroom features a twin bed, private shower room and terrace, all rooms have TV, AC and work spaces

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
In this house, meals are prepared exclusively by the house staff.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool
Pets not allowed
Pool has no swimming guard
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
