We`re happy to welcome you to our stylish home - it is in a truly central location and is very close to the seafront, as well as everything else that the beautiful city of Brighton has to offer!

With it`s wide array selection of bars and restaurants to cater to every taste, as well as the pebble beach right at the end of the road.

The property is ideally located in the heart of Brighton & Hove, and will be the perfect home away from home for your stay.
This vast and comfortable house offers all the amenities guests could need for their holidays. Due to COVID-19 we`ve had to delete the old listing and unfortunately give up our old reviews.
It’s a perfect getaway for those looking for affordable luxury in an ultra-convenient location, with plenty of space accommodating up to 6 guests.
It boasts a vibrant and fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals for you and your loved ones and a beautifully decorated spacious living area that will assuredly be a restful place after a long day of exploring Brighton! There is an L-shaped comfortable sofa and an open plan dining area.

You will spend a wonderful time here and enjoy a home away from home experience - all are welcome!

Guests will have access to the entire property.

Brighton is my home town and I cherish the place; for first-timers I`m happy to give any tips and recommendations on how to best spend your time/where to go. In case of emergencies I am available to be called.

A 2 minute walk down `Preston Street` will take you to the Beach by the i360 and West Pier.
Preston Street has arguably the most diverse selection of restaurants and takeaways for one street in the whole country. Japanese? Italian? Indian? Chinese? British? Name the type of cuisine and it`s there.

Not far away is the iconic Brighton Laines and North Laines. Here you`ll see the unique alleyways full of independent businesses that heavily contribute to the city`s character

If you didn`t know, Brighton is weird and wonderful, nothing else needs to be said. The city is tiny and is like one big quirky neighbourhood!

The recommendation is walking. But if you wish to do so there`s ways a bus going in every direction.
