Just 30 seconds from the tube, this is one of the most convenient places to stay in London while still offering a calm and spacious retreat above it all.
The apartment is bright, airy and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and practical living. There are two generous double bedrooms with blackout blinds for a comfortable and uninterrupted nights sleep. The open plan living and dining area is spacious and includes air conditioning, which is a rare and valuable feature in London and makes a real difference on hot summer nights. There is a large smart TV with excellent sound and access to streaming platforms, along with a comfortable sofa and snuggle chair for relaxing. A dedicated desk space is available for work or private calls. High speed wifi is supported throughout the apartment with boosters to ensure a strong connection in every room. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay and prepared with fresh linens and quality finishes.
Low Toxic Environment: Packenham House has been set up as a low toxic living space. Toiletries and cleaning products are natural, organic where possible and cruelty free. Candles are soy or beeswax. Fragrance comes from essential oils rather than synthetic products. There is also an air filter to support clean indoor air.
Kitchen: The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and tea and coffee facilities. There is also a full range of cookware and utensils for guests who wish to cook.
Balcony: The apartment has a spacious private balcony with soft lighting, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The Hammersmith and City trainline is electric and quiet, and the windows and doors are soundproof.
Bathroom: The bathroom is bright and modern and includes a full size bath, which is uncommon in central London. Fresh towels and quality, natural products are provided.
Outdoor Space: There is access to a communal garden which is quiet, sunny and includes a small play area for children.
We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day, we may apply check-in times after 15:00 and check-out times before 11:00.
Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times: From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40 From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65 From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100
*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day the charge will be £100 and checkin has to be before 18:00 latest) These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.
If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.
If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.
The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.
Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.
You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.
There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied.
No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.
Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.
We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.
