You will find Villa Poggio Vaccaio in the open countryside, just a few kilometers from Chiusi and Castiglione del Lago, on a panoramic hill with a stunning view over Lake Montepulciano. The villa is located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.
Poggio Vaccaio offers accommodation for up to 12 guests and is the ideal solution for spending a holiday together, perfect for large families or groups of friends who wish to share relaxing moments immersed in the tranquility of the countryside.

You will have the entire house at your disposal, a large green garden, the panoramic swimming pool (6×12 m, depth 1.40 m – open from May 1st to September 30th), a barbecue, and an old wood-fired oven, perfect for your outdoor dinners in the fully equipped gazebo.
The villa is a typical country house, furnished with rustic furniture that preserves its authentic charm. One of the most special moments of the day is sunset: from the pool you can admire spectacular colors reflected on Lake Montepulciano, offering truly unforgettable views and making the atmosphere of your holiday even more magical.
Next to the pool there is a small annex that is only occasionally used by the owners.

Thanks to its location between Umbria and Tuscany, it will be the perfect base if you wish to visit some of the most beautiful places in central Italy, such as Montepulciano, Pienza, and Orvieto, as well as Assisi and the villages around Lake Trasimeno. Nearby you will also find the natural hot springs of Bagni di San Filippo and the thermal baths of Chianciano Terme.
The villa is about 40 km from Perugia and 100 km from Florence, making it the ideal starting point to discover landscapes, historic villages, and traditions between Umbria and Tuscany.
The villa is divided into three independent apartments: one located on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
GROUND FLOOR: large living room with fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
FIRST FLOOR: accessible via an internal staircase and composed of two apartments. Each apartment features a living–dining area with kitchenette and fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and panoramic balcony.
