Please note if you are booking for 9 guests the 9th guest will be sleeping on small single chair bed located in the front master bedroom.

If you’re coming via train, Brighton train station is less than a minutes walk away from the property.
If you want to get round the city the buses are great. Download the Brighton & Hove bus app and get almost anywhere in the city. Uber is also available.
You certainly don't need a car as the property is very central but if you do drive there are some parking options:
Parking to the property is a mixture of permit bays and pay and display bays on the road itself. The pay and display bays have 4 hour limits.
We advise parking at either Brighton station car park which is only a few moments walk to the property. There is also parking in Trafalgar Street carpark. The entrance is on Blackman Street, BN1 4DZ. It’s a 2-3 minute walk away to the property.
If you have an electric car, the closest charge points are on Buckingham Road and Centurion Road. These are lamp post chargers. There is a fast charging available at Trafalgar St Car Park (within walking distance.)
A digital Welcome App Guide of the property and its local surroundings will be sent to you once you book so you will have all the information you require at your fingertips.
Please note if you are booking for 9 guests the 9th guest will be sleeping on small single chair bed located in the front master bedroom. This will only be made up on request with at least 1 week before check in and only if you have booked for and paid for 9 guests. If we do not have this request, guest can find clean linen and bedding in the wardrobe to make themselves if they need it but only if you have paid for a 9th guest should this be used. If you want to use it and have under 9 guests please message us before hand.
Please be aware the jets on the shower do not operate due to low pressure in the area we apologise for any inconvenience however this does not stop you using the shower as normal.
For stays over 2 weeks, we arrange a mid-stay clean to keep the property fresh and comfortable. This will be charged separately, and we’ll be in touch after booking to arrange this with you.
This property is professionally managed. Our team is available Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and weekends 10am–4pm. Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to the following day.
