A birthday weekend

A good modern property that provided a comfortable stay for 3 generations of our family. This a spacious and well set out property in easy walking distance of Coniston. The welcome pack was very helpful as were the details of the property and surrounding area. It consists of a large lounge and a kitchen diner that has plenty of room to eat.

70th birthday

Great place to stay for large groups. Lovely well maintained property. Convenient to numerous places in lakes and 15 min walk to coniston. Beds comfortable in rooms. Lots of games and books to use on rainy days. Only downside is parking, can just fit 3 medium sized cars on a steep drive and could do with more mugs.

True assessment

Overall the property was very good and a well equipped kitchen. The only issue we had was worn-out mattresses (on all beds) which made sleep difficult and didnt wake up refreshed.
