I grew up in Athens, in Greece, and I love the islands, but I moved to Cornwall a few years ago and started surfing... Now the waves keep me here, along with the stunning beauty of the Cornish countryside, and the laid back lifestyle. For me it's one of the best places on Earth, and I love to share it with visitors. If you haven't been, come to St Ives, you'll love it! And if you've been before, you know what I'm talking about...

What makes this property unique

The cottage was owned by a local fisherman before I bought it, and it's full of quirky details - wonky stairs and floors, thick granite walls, and various nautical bits and pieces... It's in a great location, on the outskirts of St Ives, which means you can avoid the crowds if you want to, but it's still close enough to walk into town, or to the beach. The garden and private off-road parking are great to have in St Ives, and are features that you don't often find here...
