This flat is located in the Victoria Building, on Calle Victoria, in the heart of Malaga city centre, at the foot of Mount Gibralfaro and just a short walk from the Picasso Museum, Calle Larios and the vibrant array of restaurants and cafés in the historic quarter. The building features communal areas such as a lobby with relaxation zones and a co-working space for 4–6 people, perfect for working or relaxing without leaving home.

The flat, situated on the ground floor, offers an open-plan space comprising a living room, a dining area for two and a fully equipped kitchen. To the left of the entrance is a full bathroom with a shower, and at the back, beyond the living area, is the separate bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), fitted wardrobes and two windows overlooking the 30 m² internal courtyard, ensuring natural light and peace and quiet.

Situated in one of Malaga’s most iconic areas, you’ll enjoy the local atmosphere, the proximity to Gibralfaro Castle, the Alcazaba, and iconic restaurants such as El Pimpi, as well as shops and all the amenities the city centre has to offer.
