Long stay with good experience

I stayed here with my family and we had all we needed. Beds are comfortable, silence and good view. Kitchen is also well furnished and Bathroom is spacious.

Cosy and well-equipped

Cosy appartment with nice view. It's small but has everything you need. Close to train station to Malaga, bit far from the beach. Access to pool is great, having the access also to the kids playground would be a cherry on top

week in La Colina

The apartment was as pictured, was decent size, had huge windows that open easily, had a nice view of the pool, the mountains, and several sports facilities nearby. There were 2 rows of light blocking shades. I used the washing machine several times and there was a nice big clothes rack for drying. The Bidet in the bathroom was nice. The kitchen was equip with all the things I needed. There was always someone on duty at the entry desk. There were 4 elevators that were quick. The Price was fantastic. 5 minute walk to the train. .75 miles to the beach. I walked to Torremolinos both along the beach walkway, and directly along the main road and it wasn’t too bad of a walk. The beach walkway is really nice, especially for jogging, and is lined with bars, restaurants, and shops. There is a store right near the building entrance, and a bar, but the bar was smokey and mostly older residents.The negatives - I was very bummed to find out that the Pool and hot tub were both closed, and don’t open until June. It was a big reason I chose this apartment. The hotels all had their pools open and were getting huge use since even at the end of March the weather was good.The wifi wasn’t good, my calls kept freezing, and I could only have my ipad or iphone on at a time, not both. It was also a pain to get the access to work.Big clog in the kitchen sink, it was leaking below, and the sink remained filled with water. Owner got the plumber there and he fixed the problem.

J'ai envie de dire , correct dans l'ensemble , sauf qu'il n'est précisé nulle part que la piscine fermait cette saison le dimanche 21 septembre 2025 , que je n'ai jamais vu de bain à remous , et qu'il fallait vider 2 fois par jour , l'eau s'écoulant dans une bonbonne plastique de 5 litres , et provenant de la climatisation ( cette dernière étant très " fatiguée "

Schlecht finger weg

Leider war schlecht Sauberkeit war Katastrophe,Ausstattung auch schlecht ,unbequeme Sofas und Bett bewegt sich die Ganze zeit ,Parkmöglichkeiten kann mann es vergessen kein Parkplätze sind immer voll ,Internet jede 10 Minuten schaltet aus ,Ich habe bei Info gefragt er meinte ich muss ein Code kaufe für internet. Klimaanlage mit flache muss mann immer kontrollieren sonst läuft wasser im Zimmer.Badzimmer war Extrem schmutzig .Wir haben die Erste Tag alles sauber gemacht Leider nicht mehr zuemphelen

Muy buen precio, pero entendi que tenia una habitación porque era para 4 aunque solo fuimos 2 personas al final.. Las camas necesitan un cambio de colchón porque se hunden muchísimo. Por lo demas todo perfecto.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im La Torre

Ich war 30 Tage in dem kleinen Studio mit 2 ausklappbaren Betten und 1 Schlafcouch. Währenddessen haben mich 2 Freunde besucht. Es war alles da was ich brauchte und habe mich dort wohl gefühlt. Die nahe Lage zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsläden fand ich gut und konnte diese auch zu Fuß nach etwa 15 Minuten erreichen.
