The apartment has a unique location in the middle of the pedestrian street in Løkken, on top of one of the city's exciting shops. From the living room you can enjoy the view of the pedestrian street and city life, while at the same time you have the North Sea just around the corner. Access to the apartment is via an entrance in the pedestrian street, marked with By Sommerhuse. From here it is just a few steps to Søndre Strandvej, which leads you directly down to the beach and the pier. Large balcony with sea view:One of the highlights of the apartment is the large balcony, where you can relax with a view of the sea and the dunes. The balcony is perfect for long, relaxing holiday days, where you can enjoy the sounds of city life mixed with the sound of the North Sea - pure holiday atmosphere in a class of its own! Everything within reach:With this holiday apartment you get the best of Løkken right on your doorstep. Shopping, restaurants, cafés, shopping and activities are all within a short distance. Take a trip to the beach and try your hand at water sports, or visit Løkken's sports center with a water park, paddle tennis and fitness. If you are looking for more action, Action House with go-karting and bowling is also nearby. If you want to experience more of the area, you can take a trip to Fårup Sommerland or Blokhus Sculpture Park – there is something for everyone! The apartment is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any extras. Final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property.
