The property has four bedroms; two doubles with TVs, one of which has an en-suite shower room and two twins with TVs, one of which has an en-suite shower room, sleeping a total of eight guests. There are two bedrooms on each floor, as well as a family bathroom with bath and separate shower, a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and seating area, plus off-road parking for up to 4 cars. There is a bus stop right outside the property. Charging of electric cars is to be arranged with the owner directly, there is an extra cost to do this during your trip. Meadowside is a welcoming base for a family or group gathering by the north Cornwall coast.

The village of Goonhavern is just two and a half miles inland from Perranporth and its magnificent beach, on Cornwall's north coast. Goonhavern boasts a traditional in, an excellent village shop, a garden centre and children’s playground. Nearby Perranporth's beautiful sandy beach stretches for three miles long and is overlooked by craggy rocks and is lifeguarded in summer, making it ever popular with families.
