Four bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor king-size with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. 1 x ground-floor family room with 4’ double and king-size bed, en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. 1 x ground-floor family room with king-size and single bed, en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. 1 twin bedroom with en-suite, accessible wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. First-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, an enclosed rear garden with picnic bench, access to a shared area with duck pond and barbecue area. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop within 3.6 miles and a pub within 1 mile. Note: There are steps throughout the property, please take care. Note: Dogs must be on leads when outside due to the property being on a working farm. Note: Front door with ramp access. Enjoy a Welsh countryside break at Y Felin.The owner works with an external company for hot tub hire. If you are interested in renting one during your stay, please get in touch with the owner for further details.

Set on the border between Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, Llanybydder is perfectly positioned to travel to the county town of Carmarthen with its busy shopping centre, with small individual quirky shops and the well-known high street stores, Merlin's Hill Centre and even a steam railway. The superb coastline of both south and west Wales is within 20 miles for great seaside days and coastal walks on the world renowned Welsh coastal path. An excellent central location to enjoy the south west of Wales.
