With 200 m², this property offers spacious and comfortable areas, perfect for both relaxing and sharing moments with family. It has 2 bedrooms, a cosy decoration and pleasant mountain views, which provide a sense of calm and disconnection throughout the stay.



One of its most special corners is its private rooftop terrace, an ideal space for having breakfast outdoors, relaxing at the end of the day or enjoying the Costa del Sol weather with partial sea views. A perfect place for those moments that make holidays even more special.



The house is located in a privileged location, in an ideal area for families and by the sea, with the centre of Nerja, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes just a few steps away. In addition, you can easily reach some of the most well-known beaches in the area, such as Carabeillo Beach, Calahonda Beach or La Torrecilla Beach, which will allow you to combine rest, leisure and beach without the need for long journeys.



Inside you will find a comfortable lounge with Smart TV, WiFi connection, air conditioning throughout the accommodation and heating, so you can enjoy the house in any season of the year. The modern, fully equipped American kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, juicer, kettle, toaster and two options for coffee lovers: filter coffee machine and Nespresso.
