Having visited Nerja once before we had a good idea where we wanted to stay. As it was a short winter break we wanted to be centrally located with restaurants and bars on our doorstep. The property looked perfect, however you are always a little bit sceptical until you have checked in. On previous occasions we have felt disappointed when the property we have booked did not live up to the description providedthe pictures shown were a little selective and misleading. This could not have been further from the truth. On this occasion the pictures and narrative did not come close to doing justice to this amazing house. Located on one of Nerja’s most beautiful and vibrant town squares and within five minutes walk of the Balcon de Europe it was exactly what we were after. Set over two floors, with a stunning roof terrace, it provided us with loads of living space at an incredible price. The property was spotless and the letting agent could not have been more have been more helpful.

We rented for a month. Wonderful 2 bedroom (3 person) apartment with full kitchen. Very clean. Management quick to respond to requests. Fantastic location- overlooks a central plaza in oldtown, only a very short walk to the Balcony of Europe. Large private 3rd floor patio has 2 chaise lounges and 2 umbrellas plus a table with chairs. Has close access to many restaurants and beautiful beaches. Late night activity in plaza below can be distracting, but didn’t bother us. Highly recommended.

Vivienda muy bien situada y acogedora

La ubicación y lo acogedora que era, al tratarse de una vivienda unifamiliar. Falta algo de menaje en la cocina (tablas de cortar y cuchillos apropiados), además de muy mala insonorización, pues por las noches, imposible dormir antes de las 01:30-02:00 por el ruido de la gente y las terrazas, y a las 06:00 pasa el camión de limpieza de calles y echa media hora limpiando la plaza con un ruido insoportable. Tampoco hay persianas y entra bastante luz por las contras… Del resto, todo muy agradable, cómodo y limpio. La ubicación excelente y la casa muy acogedora. Tuvimos muy mala suerte y la lavadora no funcionaba. Nos pusieron una nueva que por desgracia tampoco llegó a funcionar correctamente, con lo que nos quedamos sin servicio de lavadora durante los 9 días de estancia, pero la propiedad y agencia trasladaron su compromiso y preocupación por intentar solucionarlo. En definitiva, recomendable.
