Second Floor:
Bedroom 7 – Super king-size bed and one single bed as standard, a second pull out single bed can be provided upon request, seating area, en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, Matki shower, twin marble basins, WC, heated towel rail and dressing room.

Outside:
Terrace & Gardens – Extensive landscaped gardens with manicured lawns, vibrant planting, multiple outdoor seating areas, flagged terrace, outdoor fireplace, hot tub, and views over the River Eden. The garden isn’t completely secure for dogs, as there’s a low wall at the bottom that a dog could potentially jump over.
Parking – Driveway with space for up to 4 cars, leading to a double garage.
Local Amenities – Village shop opposite the house, two welcoming pubs (one just a short walk away).
Dogs – Two well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge per pet per stay.
