Everything was excellent. The only issue I had was with the front door key,or to be more exact, how to get it out of the lock. Coming from Canada I had never come across this locking mechanism/process for extracting the key after locking the door, but eventually I figured it out i.e, pulling the door handle up, or pushing it down as the case may be to extract it. This isn't a complaint, merely a comment on my experience. It might be a good idea though to explain it on the welcoming letter for visitors from outside the UK like me.
