The property is set back from the quiet residential street, with entry via a small private courtyard. The front door opens directly into the ground floor, which comprises a kitchenette, breakfast bar with two stools, and storage space for shoes under the stairs. Beyond the kitchen is the shower room, with a shower unit, toilet and hand basin. Stairs lead up to the galleried bedroom, where you'll find the double bed and TV. Please note that due to the compact layout, the double bed can only be accessed from one side.

Little Stoke is a self-contained holiday property attached to the owners home next door, with its own separate entrance. There is a door through to the owners side, which will be bolted from both sides.

Indoor Description
Little Stoke has a small kitchen area with a kitchen sink, kettle, toaster, microwave and under-counter fridge (no freezer compartment). Please note, there is no oven or hob. There is also a cafetiere, teapot, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

A television with freeview is provided in the bedroom, and a hairdryer. Wireless internet is available at no extra cost.

Electricity and heating costs are included. There are two wall-mounted electric heaters (one upstairs and one downstairs) plus a heated towel rail in the shower room.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. The pillows and mattress topper are anti-allergenic and the duvet is a non-feather down duvet.

A small welcome pack will be left in the property for your arrival.

Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided.

Outdoor Description
The property is accessed via a small courtyard area at the front of the property. It's an easy walk down to the village for shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Directly opposite is the village recreation ground, which is a public space and a lovely spot for sitting out.

Parking
There is no allocated parking but it's free-roadside parking on the street outside, or there is a large Pay & Display car park in the village (about 5 mins on foot).
The nearest charging point can be found in Porlock at the Central Car Park (TA24 8PH). There are 2 devices and 4 connectors available at this location.

Porlock is a historic village on the edge of Exmoor National Park in Somerset, in a sheltered vale between the moor and the Bristol Channel coast. Its heritage stretches back to Saxon times. It's a fabulous location for exploring the coast, the moors and the wooded valleys of Exmoor.

The meandering High Street is lined with independent shops, including a traditional butcher, chemist, hardware shop, post office, two convenience stores, art galleries, and a cash machine, plus a selection of cafes, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants.

The harbour hamlet of Porlock Weir is approximately one mile to the west and makes a lovely walk or a short drive. There you will find a 15th-century tidal harbour, a pub, restaurants, cafes, and independent shops and galleries.

Minehead is the nearest town, approximately 6 miles away. Here you will find larger supermarkets and petrol stations (Tesco and Morrisons on the outskirts with longer opening hours), high street banks, cash machines, and a range of independent and national-chain shops, plus a good selection of cafes, pubs, restaurants and take-aways.
