The apartment is ideal for couples or small families seeking comfort, location and tranquillity. The accommodation is part of a complex with a communal swimming pool and children's pool perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or having fun. An ideal option to enjoy Salou with all the amenities and in an unbeatable location.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Air conditioning only in the living room.

- Outdoor parking in the same building (upon request and with supplement). Important: Suitable only for cars. Large vehicles do not fit.

- Sofa bed in the living room.

- Free WiFi.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Ideal for a couple's holiday or for small families.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection is carried out at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
