About this property

House Dalma with pool and parking

Enjoy a relaxing family getaway at House Dalma, a stylish one-bedroom house in the heart of Lapad. Perfect for up to 4 guests, the house features a comfortable bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace. Step outside to enjoy the beautiful shared garden, sun terrace, and swimming pool—the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
The house offers free Wi-Fi, private parking, air conditioning, self check-in, a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Located just a short walk from beaches, restaurants, cafés, shops, the local market, tennis courts, and the bus stop for Dubrovnik's Old Town, House Dalma is an ideal base for couples, friends, and families looking to experience the best of Dubrovnik.
Please note: The garden and swimming pool are shared with other guests, and the pool is not heated.

These apartment is located a quiet residential neighbourhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was a beautiful and relaxing place to spend our holiday in Dubrovnik, with plenty of space for us as a family and lovely areas to sit outside and unwind. The pool was a real highlight, especially after days out exploring. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location gave us a great balance of being able to enjoy Dubrovnik while also having somewhere peaceful to return to. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything straightforward. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing base in Dubrovnik.

Major-league holiday!

The house is in a beautiful, safe location within walking distance of the harbour, a supermarket, and several restaurants and cafés. It was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and offered a lovely sea view from the balcony. The host was also very responsive and accommodating whenever we had any questions or requests. There are a few small improvements that would make the stay even better. The pool didn't have any cleaning equipment or a cover, so after the first day it became dirty with leaves and insects. It would also be helpful to provide more essentials, such as spare toilet rolls and extra bin bags, especially for a house of this size. Finally, the kitchen would benefit from having a coffee machine. Overall, we had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
