Casa delle lucertole has restored "Casa Colonica" (farmhouse), is set in a single hill top position in the untouched Le Marche Region. Changing light and sky THROUGHOUT the day Granted stunning views over valleys and hills. Its 4 hectares private land insures a amazing peaceful environment while the 15m long pool allows a real Good and relaxing swim. In according with this true natural atmosphere, the renovation of the house has-been the carried out in order to Maintain the walls of the old "casa colonica" and to assurer a comfortable stay for 2 families (11 people, 5 bedrooms).

Ground Floor ("permanent old"): Open wide fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area and a seating area equipped with Hi-Fi. An independent twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (large shower + toilet).

First Floor: a double-bedrooms with en suite bathroom (shower + bathroom + WC) and a large dressing room, a large double bedrooms with en suite closet (toilet and sink), a small children's room with 3 beds (2 bunk beds) Reviews another children's room with 2 beds, an independent WC and a bathroom.

We had such a wonderful time at this unbelievably beautiful house and area. We sure hope, we get the chance to come back some day. Bertrand, the landlord, and Alessandro, who is taking care on site, are very friendly and always willing to help. We highly recommend this house.

Nice holiday in a charming house with fantastic view

We had a nice family vacation in a charming house on a hill in de San Severino Mountains with spectacular views over the surroundings (from the terrace as well as the pool). The house is well located, the communication with Bertrand and Allessandro went fine, the kitchen is reasonably equipped, the beds were good etc. The pool was big and well kept, the kids had a lot of fun swimming and playing in it.

Wonderful stay in unspoiled Italy

We stayed in the house for two very hot weeks during the summer of 2015 and we loved every minute of it. Although our children ( 21, 16 and 11) (not so) secretly prefer city- holidays, even they must admit that we spent a wonderful time cooking, swimming, eating pizza, spaghetti with summer truffle and ice cream. I loved the view on the terrace in the early morning and the sound of the birds, the shadow of the full moon at night. Bertrand, the owner, has been very helpful, like Antonio and his son Alessandro. Almost no disappointments, the house was even better than the description promised. In short: we were very happy to be here! Merci pour tout, Corine

A country house with a large swimming pool a view to die for

The owner Bertrand and the care takers were very prompt, friendly and also discreet. The Casa delle lucertole is a simple, carefully renovated country house with a large swimming pool and a beautiful view. The house is perfect for one family or 6 to 7 people but I wouldn't recomend it for 11, as it is listed. One children's room wit a loft bed and an additional bed is quite small. The living are is quite small for 11 people but it leads through nice double doors to the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view. It would be practical if there was storing space for our clothing (the wald in wardrobe is but used as such). There is a second double room with a separate entrance and an en suite bathroom, however being on the ground floor it is quite damp and smelling the accordingly. The house unfortunately needs a thorough cleaning. It is often dusty and sticky. The kitchen is nice well equipped and with all the appliances you need to cook. There is also a nice barbecue outside. The terrace has a view to die for over the hills of Marche. It overlooks the pool but you can not see your children if they want to use the pool by themselves. A very nice big 15m pool (the largest we ever had on out trips to Italy) with a very useful pergola to keep shade on hot days and plenty of sunbeds. The house is 20 Minutes away from San Severino de Marche a beautiful medieval town with a great piazza. This is also the closest possibility to make grocery shopping. All in all we had a nice time and think that with a little extra care, the house can offer a place for a very nice time to remember.

Einfaches Haus in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Pool

Wir mieteten das Haus im August für 10 Tage zusammen mit einer befreundeten Familie, insgesamt waren wir 4 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager. Für mehr Personen eignet sich das Haus unserer Meinung nach nicht da kaum Stauraum vorhanden ist. Einige der Zimmer dienten demnach als Schrank/Stauraum.Der Check in erfolgte problemlos und Alessandro war immer ansprechbar. Das Haus wirkt von Außen sehr charmant, hat eine schöne Terrasse, ist authentisch restauriert. Der Komfort und die Sauberkeit im Inneren des Hauses lassen allerdings zu Wünschen übrig. Im Hinblick auf den Mietpreis hätten wir uns wesentlich mehr erwartet. Der herrliche Pool und die wunderschöne Aussicht machen aber einiges wieder wett, so dass wir Alles in Allem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten.

Je suis sincèrement désolé que vous ne soyez pas complètement satisfaite de votre séjour. C'est pourtant l'ambition que nous partageons avec Alessandro qui s'occupe de tout sur place. LA maison avec ses 5 chambres et 3 sdb est confortable pour 8 convives (la 5e chambre pour des petits enfants est petite) et vous n'étiez pourtant que 6. Pour les rangements: - La chambre principale a un dressing / une commode/ et des grands tiroirs sous le lit - La chambre du bas , une armoire et des tiroirs sous le lit - les autres chambres ont des tiroirs sous les lits ou de petits placards... Nous avons fait le pari de maintenir le maximum d'éléments de l'ancienne "casa colonica", ce qui lui donne un aspect plus rustique et une "âme". Je peux effectivement comprendre que pour certaines personnes cela manque un peu du luxe ***** d'un palace mais ce n'est pas non plus le prix d'un palace ! Merci cdt

Not only a rental house but a real Family Home !!! Très sympa… We spent a week with very hot temerature there and loved the pool, the cherries and peers we picked from the trees, the Sunset table tennis tournaments… the owner was very helpful so was the local family who takes care of the house

Unforgettable

This is a really beautiful house, cunningly designed for quite a lot of people to have a lovely time. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are very flexible, there is lots of space and lots of different places for people to hang out. It is immensely peaceful - you hear hardly a sound except, perhaps, a farmer ploughing late or birds singing. The swimming pool is fantastic - the UV process of keeping it clean means no chlorine so you feel refreshed and clean. The panoramic view is stunning and provides a deep sense of spaciousness and serenity. The huge garden is scented with jasmine and lavendar. This is a fascinating part of Italy, covered in beautiful hilltop villages and very uncommercialized for tourists. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastique sejour

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette propriété très bien entretenue, confortable, parfaitement aménagée et équipée. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine ou rien ne manque pour préparer de super repas à base de savoureux produits locaux trouvés dans les petites villes alentours. La piscine et le jardin sont très spacieux, sans aucun vis à vis. Nous avons même eu la visite d’une biche au lever du soleil !

Une magnifique semaine au cœur des Marches !!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce superbe endroit. La vue de la piscine est à couper le souffle et la piscine est super agréable, de même que la maison. Celle-ci est bien équipée et vraiment aménagée de manière à pouvoir être à l'aise à plusieurs familles. A recommander sans hésiter !!!

Very well equipped, exceptional views + quietness.

The house is simple, with a well equipped kitchen and everything one requires for a quiet holiday in a beautiful landscape. The pool is very well designed and the view from it breathtaking. The location is remote and we might have been the only non-locals around other than our neighbours whose house was in no way intrusive on our sense of solitude. Highly recommended.

vacances inoubliables dans les Marches

Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour (4 adultes et 6 enfants pendant deux semaines en juillet) dans cette ancienne ferme rénovée avec goût et simplicité. Si l’intérieur est très agréable à vivre, c’est à l’extérieur que le coup de foudre se produit: les collines des Marches s’étendent à perte de vue dans un panorama baigné de lumière. On ne se lasse pas d’admirer ce paysage, même depuis le bord de la superbe piscine. Située en pleine campagne (véhicule indispensable), la maison est un excellent point de départ pour visiter les jolies villes des Marches (Jesi, Urbino, etc.) et pour des excursions d’une journée à la montagne ou à la mer (Sirolo, Porto Recanati…). Un grand merci à Bertrand, le sympathique propriétaire, qui nous a aiguillé vers d’excellents petits restos des environs, ainsi que diverses activités pour les enfants (parcs aquatiques, accrobranches).

Une superbe maison.... Nous avons apprécié le calme, la piscine, les balades dans la montagne, les villes aux alentours....et une journée à la plage. Des vacances excellentes avec toute notre famille jeunes et moins jeunes... On vous conseille la pizzeria del forro!
