Great location. Very noisy until around 3:30 am. Property was advertised as having AC but did not. Owner was apologetic and corrected listing. Property is on the 6th floor. Very steep stairs. Listing says handicap inaccessible but does not advise that it is in the 6th floor. Cute place but be aware no AC, very noisy until around 3:30 am and stays back around 6AM, and lots of stairs!!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better guest! From start to finish, he was absolutely perfect—respectful, clean, and communicative. The apartment was left in impeccable condition, and I am so grateful. I would welcome him back anytime—just a truly ideal guest!
