The bright main space integrates a cozy living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a television, easily transforming into your resting area at night. Thanks to the air conditioning, you will enjoy a perfect temperature at any time of the year.

Although compact, the apartment is equipped to make you feel at home. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet, ideal for planning your routes or for remote work. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a FREE crib upon request for your total comfort.

In addition, the excellent connection to public transport (metro and bus) will allow you to reach any point of interest in the city in a matter of minutes: from the beaches of Barceloneta to the Gothic charm of the historic center.

To ensure harmonious coexistence, we remind you that parties or events are not allowed, and we ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a smoke-free space, designed for the well-being of all our guests.

Traveling with your four-legged companion? Pets are welcome! We accept one pet upon prior request so that no one in the family stays home.

- Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be by 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning the apartment for the next guests.

- Occupancy: The maximum capacity of the apartment is 3 people. No additional guests are allowed.

- Parties and events: Parties, events, or noisy gatherings are not allowed in the apartment. We ask that you maintain a low noise level, especially during resting hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), out of respect for the community's neighbors.

- Pets: Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of 1 pet upon prior request. We appreciate you ensuring that your pet does not cause disturbance or damage.

- Tobacco: This is a smoke-free space. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

- Apartment care: Please treat the studio and its equipment with care, as if it were your own home. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness. Make sure to turn off the air conditioning and lights.

- Security: Please always lock the door when leaving the apartment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
