The property brings together four independent houses with a combined capacity of 20 guests across 9 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms. The main house sleeps 10 across four rooms with queen beds and twin beds; the two mid-sized houses each have two bedrooms with a queen and two singles; the smallest house offers a queen room with a sofa bed. Inside, original granite walls meet walnut hardwood floors, exposed timber beams, and one genuinely surprising detail: a glass floor panel revealing the mill's centuries-old machinery below. A fully equipped kitchen and generous dining area with a handcrafted chandelier complete a space where time seems to move to the rhythm of the river.



The Neighborhood:

The River Coura curves gently around the property, giving guests direct access to a stunning private freshwater beach with crystal-clear water. For those without a car, Transdev buses connect Vilar de Mouros to Caminha, where there is a train line with direct services to Porto.
