A cosy very quiet apartment in Le Fayet with exceptional mountain views. The apartment is spacious. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station and the Valleen lift that goes up to the ski area of Le Bettex. Within a few minutes walk are bars and restaurants, a beautiful new Boulangerie and the Thermal park where you can go and relax in the thermal waters which are extremely relaxing. Within the thermal park is a free water lift that goes up to the beautiful village of St Gervais Les Bains - it is new and innovative and open until 11.30 at night - so easy for a night out in St Gervais.

The apartment has 2 tranquil bedrooms for a good nights sleep! For guests arriving by car there is an underground garage and a separate underground parking space which is safe and secure with an electronic door to access. The apartment is also accessed by a secure electronic main door. The apartment is on the ground floor. There is a lovely terrace and small gardent to enjoy the fabulous mountain views!

Hello We are Sara and Stephen Wallace, we moved here to St Gervais after covid with our daughter for adventure and fun. We are from the UK, Sussex but have been coming out St Gervais for years skiing and enjoying all the summer activities here. We are new to hosting but are loving it. It's so lovely to have people stay in our lovely apartment which we love and have others love it too. Its great to help people enjoy the surrounding mountains and tell them of all the great stuff to do in this family oriented village. Also really nice for couples and friends.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to St Gervais for a number of years following our good friend over here. We enjoy skiing in the winter and our daughter is now a member of St Gervais Ski club which is super. Our daughter also really enjoys horse riding in Spring and summer and we love going to the lakes for swimming, acrobranching and going on the wibit all at Lake Passy and also at the lake at Contamines. There is a golf course in summer in Megeve and it makes me laugh that we ski over it in winter. People both French and English speaking are so friendly. The views are so magnificent, every day is a shock to see the amazing scenery. People who come often think its too beautiful and looks like a backdrop from a film instead of real life. Its like paradise.

What makes this property unique

Our property is really well laid so it feels very spacious. The views are truly amazing and we have a great position to get the very best of the views offered which are amazing. I always sitting drinking a cup of tea in the total quiet of the apartment and look through the trees into the thermal park next door - so relaxing and calming. We also have a large terrace and grass area perfect for continuing looking at the mountain views and relaxing in our garden chairs and bench. We also offer a lockable garage and a parking space all underground nice and safe.
