Very close to all the amenities we wanted. Came for the T20 finals. Walking distance from New Street, the Balti Triangle and Edgbaston. Accommodation pristine and well appointed. It was warm in the flat but we did arrive during a heatwave. Will recommend to others.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, The host communicated all relevant information as soon as the booking was confirmed, place was lovely and clean, very well situated with only a 12 minute walk to the bullring. Check out process was simple and easy, property has AC which was on but due to the high heat 34° outside it didn't really cool the place but thats understandable giving the temp outside. Would 100% use this place again and recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay thats a short walk into birmingham city centre. The host also communicated throughout the stay to ensure our stay was comfortable and up to the standards they pride themselves on.
