This apartment in Pentire offers the perfect mix of laid-back coastal living and easy access to some of Cornwall’s best beaches, food, and scenery. Set just above the coast, you’re within walking distance of everything you need for a memorable stay.



Start your day with breakfast at REMs Café or Seaspray at South Fistral - both local favourites known for excellent coffee and some of the best breakfasts in the area. From there, it’s just a short walk down to Fistral Beach, one of the UK’s most famous surfing destinations. Whether you’re a seasoned surfer or a complete beginner, you’ll find plenty of surf schools, board hire and lessons available, as well as great spots for swimming and relaxing on the sand.



For a more peaceful waterside experience, head to the nearby Gannel Estuary, perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking or a gentle swim, especially at high tide. The surrounding paths and sandbanks also make it a beautiful place for a walk.



The South West Coast Path runs right through Pentire, offering stunning walks in both directions. A must-do is the scenic walk to Lewinnick Lodge, perched on the cliffs and ideal for lunch or dinner with incredible sea views. In the evening, make your way to the Beach Bar at the north end of Fistral (around a 10–15 minute walk) for a relaxed sundowner as the sun sets over the Atlantic.

Getting Around:

For those who drive, there is a single allocated parking bay marked number 12. For overflow, there is on-street parking available in the surrounding streets.



Newquay benefits from excellent transport links, so driving is not essential. Newquay Train Station is around 5 minutes drive or half an hour walk. There are both buses and taxis available from the station, as well car hire companies.



The airport is around 15-20 minutes drive away. Similarly, taxis, buses and car hire are available here.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is on the third floor and is accessed by stairs. Once inside, it's all on one level.
