It is 5 minutes walk away to Lusty Glaze beach and 8 minutes walk away to Tolcarne beach, plus having very close access to the rest of Newquay / Porth beaches.

The house is within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars and shops and is ideally situated for exploring the many attractions of Cornwall. The centre of Newquay can be reached within a 10 minute walk.

Perfect Cornish holiday

This is a fantastic holiday house in a great location. Lots of beaches to visit or a short walk to town. Local amenities are excellent- best pasties in the bakery and the largest portion of fish and chips ever from the chip shop around the corner. We would definitely book again.

Pre wedding stay

We had another fabulous time at Oceans reach. This time for our daughter’s wedding at lusty glaze. It’s a real home from home and in a great location for lusty glaze (5 minute walk) and only a 15/20 walk into central Newquay. The house is very well appointed and has everything you would need. It also has lovely views from the back bedrooms of the ocean which is obviously fabulous. Thank you for letting us stay in your property again.

Lovely house in great location. If there are any problems action is taken immediately. The dishwasher was broken on our arrival, a new one was in place within 3 days. House is very well equipped with everything you need.

Lovely House

The house was lovely and clean and situated perfectly for access to all the beaches and the town. Check in was fabulous. Off road parking a big bonus. The sea views from the back bedrooms are gorgeous. Unfortunately we needed the heating on due to the rain, this was easily set up and the owners set it for us this was greatly appreciated. All lovely house, everything you would need for a stay, great communication with the owners and the manager. Cream, jam, scones and tea was a lovely touch.

Beautiful home!

This a beautiful home and I would recommend it for your stay in Newquay. The reason for the 4 stars was we could not get into the home when we arrived (8:30pm) and waited 1 hour to have someone come in to help us only to find the home had not been cleaned. The owner did put us up in a Travelodge but it was 30 minutes away and 2 stars at the best. There were many more hotels closer. Traveling with children so getting them settled in at 10:30pm with no supper( no restaurants were open in the little remote town) was not fun.When we got back everything was clean and ready and the rest of our stay was wonderful!

Great experience from start to finish. Good communication with both the host and the property manager. Easy access and departure. Accommodation is in a great location with easy access to local beaches and shops. The space is ideal for a small group. Well equipped, clean and very family friendly. Only negative is all beds are all singles and not able to be pushed together without a gap due to bed frames. Thank you for our stay!! We look forward to returning next year!

Good family friendly house

We at Two families that stay together for a week bodyboarding and surfing with 4 adults and 4 kids (15,11,11 and 9) The house was a great base for us all and provided the features we needed like two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with twin beds to stop the kids fighting in a double!! The owners were great with communications throughout the process and the property manager was quick and responsive when we had any enquiries.

We chose this house specifically for it's location within Newquay. We have a young family and wanted a house where we could walk to the beach and town, whilst being out of sight and sound from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant town life. Ocean's Reach has it all.

What makes this property unique

Newquay is set on the beautiful wild side of North Cornwall, where the Atlantic Ocean meets its shores. The area has stunning scenery, beaches and coastal walks as well as numerous attractions close at hand.
