It is a great location to relax annd get anway from the city noise. Beautiful views of the ocean and it is within walking distance to a fairly private area in the ocean where you can relax. Would 100% rent it again. The pool was a nice addition for when we didn't want to be at the beach. Plus the pool water is cooler (not cold) than the ocean. The host was responsive and checked in occasionally.
