Spectacular 3000 sf house with swimming pool, basketball court and sun terrace with ocean view to Luquillo Beach and Mountain view to El Yunque rainforest.

This vacation villa property is 3 quarters of a acre and is located in a private double gated community with 24 hour security. The house is a 4 bedroom which includes a King size bed in the master bedroom with a 50 inch Television, Queen size beds in room number 2 and 3, and a bunk bed (Full/Twin) in the 4th bedroom. The family room has a queen pull out sofa and a single person couch/futon in the back room. Every room in the house is equipped with A/C. The villa has a main floor open terrace with outside dining table for 8 guest. The family room is equipped with a 60 inch LED 4K Television. The back game room is fitted with a 43 inch television with a Xbox One game system (2 controllers) and various games. The villa is equipped with Cable TV ,150 mps Wi-Fi and wireless speaker. Backyard has a 15x30 kidney shaped swimming pool with lighting system and BBQ grill with propane tank. The outside area also boasts a Charcoal/Wood burning BBQ chiminea and wash station. The pool area has a outside bathroom with outdoor shower.

The resort style villa has a Granite top full kitchen with fully stocked kitchenware and stainless steel appliances. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The house is equipped with a 600 gallon reserve tank and is supplied with hot water.

The is villa is located in Northeastern Puerto Rico and is minutes away from Beautiful Luquillo Beach and El Yunque Rainforest. Other nearby tourists spots are Bio Bay Fajardo, The Famous Kiosks of Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach. Vieques and Culebra are reachable by near bye Ferrys or Air Transportation. The El Conquistador Golf course and Rio Mar Golf Culb are located within 15 minutes.

This was a fantastic property to relax on the island, soak up the sun and enjoy our Spring Break! Each bedroom and main room has air and kept the house cool, laundry kept up with pool and shower towels which are provided too. Fabulous patio with electric grill was utilized while swimming in the wonderful pool and basketball court. Host, property manager, neighbors and pool maintenance company were all fabulous as well. Attentive when needed and always answered if there was a question. Visitting the island was wonderful and the property made it even better. Very close to many stores, restaurants, beaches and attractions. Highly recommend!!

The neighborhood is easy to access, very safe and quiet. Super close to groceries, Quioscos, El Yunque, & just minutes from many great beaches.The host is incredibly attentive. We didn't need much from him, but he was always quick to respond and he was very helpful with all of our needs.The house itself was beyond a dream. Pictures don't do it justice. So much beautiful space to enjoy. BBALL court was a lovely bonus.Kitchen fully stocked w/cooking equipment. Very modern interior. Beds were comfy-Master is huge.

The place is beautiful. The amenities were excellent. There was no hot water for the first two days because a switch in the laundry room was not turned on prior to our arrival. We could have used hand and face towels in all of the bathrooms. These are easily fixed with a pre-arrival checklist.

There were 10 of us who stayed for 10 days. Wonderful location. Close to restaurants, stores, El Yunque, and a short 30-35 min drive to the city. The house was beautiful inside, safe neighborhood, 2 gates to get in, etc.

Family Bad Bunny Trip. The house is as described. It doesn’t disappoint. The basketball court was a plus & yes it’s in the backyard. A private pool and huge backyard perfect for entertaining everyone. All the adults had their own comfortable rooms with ac. Family vacation

Our stay was great and allowed us time together as a family. Kids loved the pool as well as the adults. Lots of space and areas to just hang out as a group or if you wanted quiet. Great location to most of the things we did while there.

We had a wonderful time - stayed there in early September. Absolutely gorgeous property - very close to everything. Pool was clean and fun. Beach was so close as well. The House was in a great location close to the kiosk, beach and rainforest. Beautiful view and very comfortable. Only thing to be aware of is some of the locals make it a point to let us know we weren't welcome so dining out chose wisely.

Wonderful villa for our family vacation

This villa provided a peaceful location for our family to relax after day trips to Old San Juan, Luquillo beach, and El Yunque National Forest. There were nearby bars and dining options, coffee shops, and grocery store. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. The balcony and upper patio area provided a view of the ocean. The pool was wonderful and the basketball court was unexpected. The outdoor lawn areas was expansive - we wished we had packed our kubb game.

Lovely home

We had a great vacation in Luquillo. House was in lovely, safe neighborhood within a short drive to beaches, rainforest, Fajardo (where many exciting tours began), supermarket, restaurants. Favorite areas on property was beautiful outdoor verandas (upper and lower), pool, enormous backyard. We were an extended family of ten.

Beautiful property

We loved this property, especially the back yard!! Beautiful and huge with activities to keep everyone in our group happy. We didn’t spend much time inside but it was clean and spacious and worked well for us. Somethings are a little rundown but only cosmetically. We also loved the location. It was easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores, the beach and the airport. Would highly recommend to a group who loves spending time outdoors!!
