Communication with the host came the day of checkin. We were not given any instructions or access codes to enter property until 2 hours before checking in. The place was ready when we arrived. Front door is a digital lock with a door knob and a second door knob for a deadbolt lick. The entry access code worked perfectly but we had no instructions on how to actually get the front door open. After 15 minutes of trying all we could, our 8 year old grand-daughter figured out entry by turning both door knobs at the same time. House was exact as pictured and listing showed. Very spacious, clean and decorated very cute. AC was working great. Shower and hot water were good. The only thing I will say was disappointing with our 1 night stay was NO TRASH BAG IN TRASHCAN (none in house)NO TOILET PAPER AT ALL NO TISSUES NO PAPER TOWELS2 adults 3 kids ages 7, 8, & 9 needing the bathroom first thing after being in car for 3 hours then having nothing to use… let’s just say that was not expectedWe would stay here again and I recommend this listing to everyone
