The villa is a paragon of modern design with a nod to the Mediterranean lifestyle. The spacious, light-filled living room flows directly into the private garden. There is a private, gentle saltwater pool where you can enjoy a premium pool experience without the smell of chlorine. Thanks to the motorised cover, you can enjoy the perfect water temperature and optimum safety all year round. You can request the pool heating when making your booking. The covered terrace features a dining table seating 10 people, sun loungers with a full set of large towels, three sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower next to the pool, a shaded terrace on the basement level, a sun deck on the top floor and a smaller terrace on the middle level.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and high-quality appliances, including an induction hob, espresso machine and toaster. With three spacious bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms, the property comfortably accommodates six people. The master bedroom features an elegant walk-in dressing room and floor-to-ceiling windows for beautiful natural light.
For your convenience, the villa features a private driveway with an automatic gate, central air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. Please note that, although most construction work in the immediate vicinity is almost complete, some activity may still be visible in the distance during the day. This is factored into our prices and is offset by the immaculate, brand-new facilities of this exclusive resort.

- Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
- The person making the booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. He/she is responsible for the stay and behaviour of all guests in the property.
- Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. This can be done via the guest portal.
- This accommodation does not accept parties and events.
- There must be silence between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
- Guests will receive a rental agreement to be signed and returned to the accommodation before arrival.
- A deposit is required. This is collected via credit card. The deposit will be automatically released within 7 working days after check-out, unless damage has been caused. It may take another 5-10 working days before the transaction is visible in your bank account. Depending on your card provider, a reservation/release may not be visible.
- In the event that resort facilities are available (such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, etc.), the tenant is responsible for verifying the current opening hours and conditions of access in advance. Neither the landlord nor the hosting company is liable for any temporary closures, defects or maintenance work on these facilities.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed either.
