Beautiful property. Outdoor areas are especially beautiful. I would say u need a car to get around. Footpaths in the area aren’t great and it is very hilly. We were a group with 2 infants and one person with limited mobility. The property was perfect for that, but the location made having a car a necessity.

This villa is the perfect place for a pool holiday. It has many areas to sit in groups or breakout groups. The pool is amazing. The bus stop to El Campello is very near or 15 minute drive by car.

Great house with beautiful surroundings and very friendly hosts

The house itself is top-notch and the outdoor area is lovely. We had a great stay and felt very welcome.One small downside: the location isn’t ideal for families with small children or strollers, as it’s either uphill or downhill – so going for a walk isn’t really easy.Still, a great place overall!

Lovely and well equipped villa

We had a great stay at Sven's villa with our two young children (4 years and 9 months). We enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor space. Although artificial (or real) grass would've been much more preferable to gravel, but we managed.With lots of seating areas, we could catch the sun throughout the day and super well equipped villa made cooking for children and adults very easy. The area is very quiet and easily accessible by car. We are very pleased with our time at the villa.

Great place, wonderful villa, relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay in a great villa. Quiet neighbourhood, very nice property and refreshing pool. The pictures on the website ahow exactly what you get. You'll find everything you need inside and outside the villa. Very good communication with the owner and local agent at all times. Definitely a place to come back again. Thank you very much!

A fabulous holiday

We had a fabulous time at Villa Agata. The villa is a lovely space, very well equipped with everything you might need. The pool and surrounding area is exceptional. A special note for the lovely and comfortable sun loungers! Being in a private, gated space was great for us with young children, they could feel free to explore and we knew they were safe. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Agata.

Two week break

Ideal for what we wanted, which was quiet and pool side lounging. The villas is situated in a quiet enclave. We shopped at the Carrefour, about 10 mins away by car, this was ideal as the gym we joined was across the road. There's a great cafe nearby, 2 mins by car, and restaurant. We ate at the Italian nearby Chiesa which was delicious, but ate BBQ'd food and sat by the pool reading, so thunbs up from us. Thanks .

Fantastic!

This property is a gem! It was so tastefully decorated, and clearly the owners are house proud and have given huge consideration to everything. All you need is there and catered for - the pool area is unreal (pool much larger than pictures suggest) and the outside dining area is so peaceful. Neighbourhood is lkvely and quiet, and El Campello is an easy 10 min drive in, where there are loads of opportunities to find something to dine out. All helped by guarateed sunshine! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Agatha!

Better than the brochure!

This villa is exceptionally good. It's bright, clean, and spacious with a well-kept garden in a quiet residential area. We were a bit unsure about the pool as there weren't many pictures on the ad, but we needed have worried; the pool is huge and we spent most of our time in it. There's a lovely Love Island-style table and seating area by the pool as well. There's a couple of takeaways that deliver to the villa though you will probably need a car to get around. The villa has everything in it you'll need for your stay, and we'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful villa

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Agatha. It felt like such a luxurious place for us to stay as a family. The interior (and exterior) design of the villa is absolutely beautiful and everywhere looks like it belongs in a magazine. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped kitchen of any that we have had at self-catering accommodation. We enjoyed using all of the outside space, particularly being able to eat outside under the pergola and out on the terraces. The pool was a great size and we braved it, even though it was still a bit chilly! The boys absolutely loved it, and I loved reading my book whilst lying on the comfortable sun loungers. Thank you to both Sven and Kathryn for a blissful family holiday.

Lovely garden

Very clean property with amazing outside space. Lots of different outside seating areas so you can catch the sun or shade at any time of day. Beautiful pool…would stay again. We found the fridge a bit small for a family of 6 but there are food shops within easy driving distance especially in El Campello. The check in and out service was fine with someone to meet you at the property and show you around. The pool is not heated and the local beach is not really within walking distance as the local terrain is very hilly and it’s a challenge to get beach gear there - it’s about a 20 minute walk.

We had the most wonderful 10-day stay at Villa Agatha and can’t recommend it highly enough. The villa is stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped, with a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area is truly special — a large, sparkling pool, a beautifully maintained and secure garden, a ping-pong table, a huge grill area, and so many inviting spots to sit, read, chat, or simply soak up the peaceful surroundings.We had a car for the whole stay, making it easy to explore Alicante, Benidorm, La Vila Joiosa, and El Campello, as well as enjoy days at Benidorm’s waterpark and a trip to Guadalest and the Algar Waterfalls. The villa’s location worked perfectly for all of these.For our family of four, the peace and privacy were priceless. Our youngest son has autism and severe learning needs, and having such a safe, secure, and completely private environment meant he could be entirely himself without judgement — something that gave us enormous peace of mind and made the holiday so much more relaxing.Communication was excellent throughout, with friendly, helpful messages from the owner, Sven, and a warm welcome from Kathryn, who met us with the keys and showed us around.One tip: bring mosquito spray! Un séjour parfait dans une villa exceptionnelleNous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans cette villa. Tout était parfait du début à la fin !La maison est très belle, confortable, parfaitement entretenue et extrêmement bien équipée. Il ne manque absolument rien : tout a été pensé pour que les vacanciers se sentent immédiatement comme chez eux. La propreté était irréprochable, aussi bien dans la maison qu’à l’extérieur.La villa est également très bien située, dans un environnement agréable et calme, tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités et des lieux à découvrir.Un grand merci également à Sven, qui a été exceptionnel du début à la fin. La communication avec lui a été parfaite : gentillesse, disponibilité, réactivité et beaucoup d’attention. Il a toujours été présent lorsque nous avions une question ou un besoin, avec une vraie volonté de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible.Nous avons vraiment apprécié toutes les petites attentions et le soin apporté à l’accueil. On sent que Sven tient énormément à ce que ses hôtes passent un excellent séjour.Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés ! Wat was dit een heerlijk huis!! Alles zoals de foto's. Tuin met zwembad was top. Overal zitjes. Tafeltennistafel, gas en kolenbbq. Alles was er wat in de keuken stond, koffie, thee, kruiden etc kon gebruiken, als iets op was wel weer bijvullen natuurlijk! Wasmachine, dus kon gewoon een wasje doen. Als er iets was, gelijk contact. Zou er zo kunnen wonen!! 👍

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Villa! Alles war wie beschrieben, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Familienuraub

Unser Urlaub war in der Unterkunft sehr angenehm.Die Villa war sehr sauber.Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Die komplette Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt.Zu jeder Tageszeit war es möglich einen Sitzplatz in der Sonne oder auch im Schatten zu erhalten, dadurch, dass es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt.Auch am Pool waren große Sonnenschirme vorhanden.An der Tischtennisplatte kann man auch sehr viel Zeit verbringen :-)Diese Unterkunft kann von uns bedenkenlos empfohlen werden.

Traumhaft

Es war wunderschön! In echt sieht die Villa Agatha noch toller aus als auf Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit Sven (Besitzer) und auch Kathryn (Housekeeper) war problemlos und sie sind auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Also früheres/ späteres Check in/ Check out ruhig ansprechen. Die Lage ist ruhig gelegen, 20 min mit dem Auto nach Alicante und 25 min nach Benidorm. 3 min die Straße runter mit Auto ist direkt ein kleiner Strand, wunderschön. Ich empfehle mit Kathryn vorher Kontakt aufzunehmen bezüglich einer Autos Vermietung, sie hat uns toll weitergeleitet, sehr viel preiswerter als am Flughafen. Würden immer wieder kommen!
