Fells - Four Bedroom House, Sleeps 8

The facilities of the house include:

All on the ground floor;

Large kitchen-diner with tall fridge and separate fridge freezer, two Neff eye-level ovens, and a central island with induction hob
Utility and boot room with washing machine and dryer
The Dining area has a large table to seat up to 10 with views over the garden and fells beyond
Snug just off the kitchen with sofa and chairs and large flat screen TV
Separate toilet
Large sitting room with wood burning stove, several sofas and flat screen TV with Cambridge Audio surround sound - at the end of the large living room is a pool table, then the doors leading out to the main terrace
Three bedrooms:  Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, Bedroom 2 with king-size bed and ensuite with walk in shower and french doors to garden, Bedroom 3 with king-size bed
Family bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower

Large master bedroom with super-king bed, stand alone bath, huge windows on both sides with views of the fells, and french doors to a terrace

Outside, the large garden surrounds the house with large lawned area and individual seating areas with separate planting.  The terrace has outside seating, garden games and BBQ available

The garage doubles as a games room with table tennis table and comfy seating area as well as storage for bikes and sports gear.

Wifi throughout, with smart TVs

Dogs are welcome at Fells (maximum of two)

The garden is completely enclosed, but please keep an eye on your dogs and ensure you clean up after them before you leave.
