Welcome to the very charming apartment right on the beach in the Rio Marinas association, just outside Nerja.
Here you live in a comfortably equipped apartment on the ground floor with 20 meters to the beach.
The accommodation is intended for 2 guests and offers generous spaces with 2 patios, one at the main entrence and one at the backside with allot of privacy.
It has a well sized bedroom with cieling fan and good storage.
In the kitchen you find everything you need.
The accommodation is equipped with AC, Wi-Fi and 300 TV channels.
The association offers a very well-kept pool area and gardens and direct access to the beach, where you find a beach restaurant.
With only a few kilometers to Nerja you can easily walk or use the local bus.
