Two bedroom two bathroom luxury ground floor apartment, overlooks the pool with sea views, There is top of the range air con in both bedrooms & lounge and Fiber Optic WiFi
there is a Moroccan style to the grounds, with fountains and passages revealing glimpses of the sea. Antonio, the caretaker lovingly tends the exotic plants and orange trees around the complex. The pool is surrounded by lawn, where you can sunbath. With all amenities on the doorstep, you can walk to every part of Nerja. Set in a secure gated community, it enjoys a beach front location with sea views. Slipping out of the gates into the paseo of the Plaza de Cogreos where you can find an array of international restaurants,tapas bars, shops,the old town and beaches. The Famous horse drawn carriages and the tourist train are on the doorstep. A stroll will take you to the famous Balcon de Europa gives you the whole Nerja experience.

Very well appointed apartment in the lovely Fuentes de Nerja complex which is a secure and picturesque gated complex a short walk to various beaches and numerous bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Dee was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Lovely apartment 2 min walk from the beach and a short walk to Balcon. Immaculately clean and everything you need is here. Dee (host) was on hand if I'd had any issues (we didn't). Already planning my next stay.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location. A few minutes walk to the beach and around a 10 minute walk to the centre. Could not fault the apartment for anything as it had everything we needed.The only downside was an over zealous ‘rules’ guy who worked in the complex but that didn’t take away from how good the apartment was.

The accommodations were perfect. The apartment is very nicely appointed and the location can’t be beat: very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The available parking stall was very much appreciated. Dee and Alan were very easy to reach and communicate with. Highly recommend this place for those looking to stay in Nerja.

Very nice apartment, in a nice area in Nerja. Very clearing and with sa nice balkony. Big enough for four people. The kitchen is rather small, but it works, and everything is there.

Lovely Apartment

Communication with the host was excellent. Check-in was seamless and apartment was spotless. Ideally located minutes from the old town and a short walk to the bus terminus offering transport to Malaga, Frigliana etc.Easy walk to Burriana Beach and spoilt for choice with eateries all within walking distance of the apartment. Also an excellent ice cream shop just across the road from the apartment building which is a bonus. If we return to Nerja we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely Apartment in a fabulous location

Our second stay in this complex and this apartment was a class above. Immaculately clean and excellent ground floor situ for ease of access to the beautifully maintained pool and gardens. Fabulous restaurants right alongside the complex and only 5/7 minutes stroll to the lovely old town centre via the charming Plaza Cavana. We love Nerja and hope to return next year. Very Nice Location and View of the Sea

Nice stay and close to the beach. Walking distance to everything. View of the sea from the porch. Air conditioning was nice. Room size is tight for four but it worked. Main issue was lack of support for getting a taxi on the morning of departure (even though it had been offered) - we ended up walking more than 20 minutes uphill to the bus station dragging quite a bit of baggage behind us - not fun!

Very centrally located and close to all amenities including cafes and restaurants. We loved the pool, even in March!!! The kitchen was well equipped and the main bed comfortable. Their is construction next door which was intrusive but tolerable.

Die Anlage war sehr zentral zum Meer . Die Wohnung war topp eingerichtet und an Nichts gefehlt . Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und entgegenkommend . Ausserhalb der Anlage gab es viele nette Restaurants und einen kurzen Weg zum Meer. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können Anlage , Wohnung und Umgebung wärmstens empfehlen . Appartement très bien situé , très fonctionnel, proche de toutes commodités. Avons été très bien.accueillis par les propriétaires très chaleureux et bienveillants. L'accés à leur garage nous a vraiment facilité le séjour car il est impossible de se garer à Nerja.Nous en avions fait la triste expérience 3 ans au paravant !!! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement situé dans une résidence de haut standing calme et familial.

Well furnished - modern - good quality - very very clean - good location - owners there when we arrived . Nice touch was leaving a nice bottle of wine as well as leaving some milk so we could make some tea on our arrival . Highly recommended .

Eine Sehr tolle und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung….

Ein sehr tolle und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist fast alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön, man schaut direkt auf den Pool und auf‘s Meer und die Sonne scheint bis in die Abendstunden auf der Terrasse. Die Anlage Fuentes de Nerja ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter Doreen & Alan Rosier sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie können viel vor Ort organisieren wie z.B. Transfer vom Flughafen Málaga u.s.w. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war das der Pool ab dem 15.10.21 geschlossen hatte. Wir denken das lag an Corona. Zum Glück hatten wir ja noch das Meer. Der Strand liegt ca. 5min entfernt. Wir sind schon öfter in der Anlage gewesen, besonders gut hat uns diesmal die Wohnung von Rosier gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ….. Familie H.Eilert

to Nerja on holiday with our children for many years.
We fell in love with the climate,and the relaxed way of life.

Why they chose this property

We brought the property in Fuentes de Nerja because we love the area,it's right next to the beach,and very central to all of the amenities .
A few minutes walk ,your in the centre of town,where you'll find,plenty of restaurants, shops, bars extra.
The complex is gated,with a beautiful walk way of orange
trees.Outside is a bus stop,and train which takes you around Nerja.
There are also the lovely Spanish horse and carriages .

What makes this property unique

It's one of the best kept complexes in Nerja,with beautiful flower beds,with hibiscus hedges around the pool,which has a lifeguard on duty during opening times.
The apartment is south facing, overlooking the pool with views of the Mediterranean .
There's a porter on site seven days a week.
The apartment is in a quiet area,away from the road.
