Perched above Lake Como in Pognana Lario, this beautifully renovated contemporary villa offers sweeping panoramic lake views, all-day sunshine and an infinity pool that dissolves into the horizon at sunset. Ideally suited for six guests across four bedrooms, with indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a terraced garden, outdoor dining terrace and evening mood lighting. The ferry terminal is a 15 minute walk and an amazing local store / butcher is a 10 minute walk. Como is less than 30 minutes by car.
