About this property

The Explorer's Home

Summary:

Home of an adventurous traveler, this apartment is only a 20-minute journey door-to-door from Buckingham Palace. Tucked in a tranquil, safe neighborhood just south of the river, it offers two spacious double bedrooms, a large and comfortable living area, and a sun-soaked balcony–perfect for those who prefer convenience while staying away from the noisy city center.

The Space:

As you walk through the entrance door, you are welcomed into the living area, with the kitchen and dining area on your right, fully equipped like a real home, including a barista-style coffee machine. On your left, the space opens into a large living room with two big sofas, a desk, and access to the sunny balcony. Down the hallway, you’ll find a bright bathroom with a shower and bathtub on your right, and then two large double bedrooms just down the hallway, both with plenty of wardrobe space, comfortable beds, and blackout blinds for a restful night sleep.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy easy self check-in via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience any time after the check-in time.

The Neighborhood:

Stockwell offers the best of both worlds, quick, easy access to central London and the comfort of a laid-back, residential neighbourhood. Known for its diverse food scene, cosy cafés, and friendly local vibe, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying a quieter, more authentic side of London life.

Getting Around:

Just a 5-minute walk to Stockwell Underground Station, you’ll have access to the Victoria and Northern lines, taking you into central London in under 10 minutes. Buses run frequently nearby, and taxis/Ubers are always readily available. Walking and cycling are also great options, with quiet residential streets and scenic routes towards the Thames.
