LIVING ROOM Double doors give a grand feeling to this beautiful room with French doors opening to the patio and garden beyond. There’s a TV in the corner with Sky channels, and a little fabric playhouse and toy kitchen for little guests to have some fun.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM Enjoy catering for the family in this beautiful big kitchen with its central island and a table under the window. Appliances include a two electric ovens and a separate grill, a five ring gas hob, an American style fridge/freezer ((both upright, please see photos re space), a dishwasher, and the essential toaster and kettle.

FRONT BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM Another big bedroom where the upholstered king sized bed sits between bedside drawers with additional storage in a chest of drawers and a chair sits by the window. EN-SUITE Light floods this room through the sky light and there’s a double shower cubicle with a hand-held shower head on a riser, a wash basin, WC, and towel rail (towels will be supplied for all guests).
OUTSIDE The Old School is set back from the road with a gravel driving giving ample place for up to five cars (in case of five couples coming for a celebration weekend) and is surrounded by private gardens with a patio, lawns, well-established flower beds, bushes and trees. There’s a large pond surrounded by a fence but guests with children must be aware of this.
ANNEXE The door to the annexe is conveniently next to the back door of the house so it’s literally a couple of steps from the house but it is not interconnected internally, therefore unsuitable for younger unaccompanied children.
GROUND FLOOR SUITE A super king zip and link bed takes pride of place in this sunny bedroom where deep windows overlook the garden. The beds will be made into twin unless requested as double in advance. EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM This smart room with its checkered floor has a step up to the corner shower cubicle with an electric shower, a wash basin, WC, and natural light.
GALLERIED FIRST FLOOR SUITE Also overlooking the garden, this big bedroom is accessed directly via stairs from the entrance way with a door at the bottom. The bed is a double and there’s storage in a chest of drawers, plus a desk under the window which can double up as a dressing table. EN-SUITE BATHROOM Stretching the width of the house, this lovely big room has a bath under the eaves, a wash basin, WC and bags of natural light.
Whilst there's a ground floor bedroom and a wet room in the house, and a ground floor bedroom with en-suite in the annexe which could be helpful for guests with a mobility issue, please be aware that the drive is gravel so might be difficult to navigate.
