Modern family bathroom with a walk-in wet-room style shower (rainfall + handheld). Additional downstairs cloakroom with toilet.


🌿 Garden & Outdoor Space
Fully enclosed garden with three areas: upper terrace with seating and Riber Castle views, lower patio with fire pit, and lawn space for children or dogs. Please note The fully enclosed garden makes it convenient for pets but the fence is approx. 4ft high, suitable for most dogs but not escape-proof. Please keep that in mind.

🚗 Parking
Private driveway for 2 cars with EV charger (which is available for a flat fee of £15 per stay). Narrow access lane adds privacy but requires careful driving and is not suitable for caravans or large vans.
