The house benefits from a large open plan kitchen/lounge area equipped with a comfortable seating area, a large SMART TV with Netflix Amazon Prime and plenty of space to sit down and relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook a variety of meals whilst away in Kenilworth. There is an electric hob, an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is also a breakfast bar.
A back door is located in this room and opens out into a generous garden space with a pizza oven and a well. There is also a downstairs toilet.

Utility facilities are also available including a drying rack, ironing board, and iron.
