Stay in our charming studio in Södermalm, overlooking Vitabergsparken. Perfect for exploring the hip SoFo area, this fully furnished flat features a fully equipped kitchen and unlimited WiFi. Conveniently located near buses and metro stations (Skanstull and Medborgarplatsen), you can easily experience authentic Söder life in a quiet residential area. Our supportive Housing Service ensures a comfortable stay, with linens and towels provided.
Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM: As this is a residential area, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during these hours to avoid disturbing our neighbours.
No outside visitors: Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
No parties allowed: Gatherings and loud activities are not allowed at any time.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
No commercial sex work: The property and its surroundings must not be used for paid sexual services, including erotic massages or prostitution.
